Delicious bell peppers, onion, all sauteed in olive oil with chicken cut in! Easy, quick, healthy.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken mix

4 small bell peppers
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
6 oz chicken breast, roasted
1 tsp garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Chicken mix

  1. 1. Chop bell peppers, onion and chicken to desired size.

  2. 2. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil. When hot, toss in onions and cook until starting to brown.

  3. 3. Next, add peppers. Cook until desired tenderness.

  4. 4. Add chicken breast and garlic salt.

  5. A few notes:

  6. Stir enough to cook everything evenly

  7. Cover with a lid to make vegetables softer
