262 g chicken breast, boneless, skinless
40 g onion, sauteed
45 g celery
75 g carrot
41 g zucchini
2 g garlic
51 g bread crumbs, whole wheat, fresh
5 g salt
30 g (Kraft) light mayo, olive oil
1 egg
1 egg white

Recipe Directions for chicken mini burgers with veg

  1. finely chop or grate vegetables- really fine

  2. run chicken through processor until about the size of peas- whatever size you want

  3. combine all, mix well

  4. form burgers

  5. bake until starting to color on top
