Spicy chicken mince in iceberg lettuce cups

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken mince lettuce cups

500 g chicken breast
15 g red
15 g green
50 g onion
20 g ginger
30 g
100 g red pepper
60 g spinach
100 g lettuce
50 g creme fraiche
30 g soy sauce
20 g worcester sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken mince lettuce cups

  1. soak whole lettuce leaves in ice cold water.

  2. cook down garlic, onions, ginger, peppers, chilli in sautee pan.

  3. put cubed chicken (or use chicken mince and ignore this bit!) in blender and whizz until minced.

  4. add chicken mince into sautee pan and cook until chicken is cooked thoroughly.

  5. add soy sauce and worcestershire sauce to taste. (also can use fish sauce etc..)

  6. Serve mince inside the drained lettuce leaves.

  7. voila! Lettuce cups with spicy chicken mince.
