Italian Breaded Chicken with a hint of lemon

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Milanese

16 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
1 Egg, Whole
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
4 wedge or slice (1/8 of one 2-1/8" dia lemon) Lemons
1/2 tsp Oregano

Recipe Directions for Chicken Milanese

  1. Mix the spices with the bread crubms

  2. Dip the Chicken in a beaten egg wash and then coat with bread crumbs

  3. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

  4. Squeeze lemon slice over the chicken while it is still hot.
