Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Milanese

18 oz breast, boneless, skinless
1/2 c plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Milanese

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Dredge chicken in mixture

  3. Saute in olive oil over medium heat until done, about 2 1/2 minutes per side
