Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Mexicana

8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 ounces salsa
4 ounces frozen corn
1 tablespoons jalapeno peppers, canned, minced, drained

Recipe Directions for Chicken Mexicana

  1. Put the salsa, peppers, and corn in a non stick skillet and ring to a boil

  2. Place the chicken breasts on top, spooning a little salsa over

  3. Reduce the heat to a slow simmer. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is done.
