Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Melts

2 slice Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared, Toasted
4 tbsp chopped Onions
1 can (5 oz) yields Chicken, canned, no broth
0.5 cup, shredded Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese
2 tbsp Light Mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Chicken Melts

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Chop the onion and combine with chicken and mayo. Mix well.

  3. Spread mixture on bread, top with mozzarella and bake open-faced until hot and melted.
