Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Meat Loaf v2

1/4 cup green peppers
1 medium onion
1 cup mushrooms
7/10 lbs ground chicken
8 tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
1 cup cucumber
1 cup shredded carrots
50 g Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Meat Loaf v2

mix everything together, leave a bit of Zucchini, Mushrooms, and Cucumbers for layering at the top, cover with aluminum foil baked for 40 minutes at 400F, then remove foil, drain excess water from pain and baked for another 10-20 minutes until desired dryness/moistness
