Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Marsala

397 grams boneless skinless chicken
1 tbls flour
1 tbls canola oil
2 tsp butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lb sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup white wine
16 oz. Beef 99% Fat Free Broth Rtsb

Recipe Directions for Chicken Marsala

  1. Mix flour, salt & pepper and coat the chicken

  2. Brown chicken in oil and set aside

  3. Saute mushrooms and garlic

  4. Add wine and broth, simmer

  5. Add chicken and cover. Cook until done.
