Savory Chicken Marsala with Crimini mushrooms and Videlia onions

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Marsala

16 ounces Boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
4 cup sliced Mushrooms, Brown, Italian, Or Crimini
1 large Onions
1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
8 serving Cooking Wine
1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Marsala

  1. Pound tenderloins till slightly flatter.

  2. Heat oil in large skillet.

  3. Place flour on a flat surface, add salt & pepper to taste, dredge tenderloins in flour mixture, shaking off excess.

  4. Fry chicken till browned on each side - remove from pan.

  5. Add sliced mushrooms and onion to pan, cook till excess liquid from mushrooms evaporates.

  6. Add wine, broth and oregano, heat till simmering and somewhat thickened.

  7. Add chicken.

  8. Add steamed broccoli florets, serve over linguini or rice.
