The bad grade is for the wine, use chicken broth instead if you would like.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Marsala

16 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 T. flour
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. pepper
3 T. olive oil, divided
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 t. cornstarch
1/2 c. marsala
1/2 c. fat-free, reduced sodium chicken broth
1/2 t. dried basil
1/2 t. onion powder

Recipe Directions for Chicken Marsala

  1. Pound chiken to 1/4" thickness.

  2. Combine next 3 ingredients in resealable bag. Add chicken; toss to coat.

  3. Heat 2 T. oil in large skillet over med-high. Cook chicken 8-10 min. or until done, turning once. Remove from pan.

  4. Add 1 T. oil and mushrooms to skillet. Saute 2-3 min. Mix remaining ingredients; add to mushrooms. Simmer, uncovered, 2 min. or until thickened.
