Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Marsala

1/2 lb chicken breast
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup wine
2 tbspn olive oil
1 tbspn parsley
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Chicken Marsala

  1. cut chicken breast into thin sliced pieces.

  2. in a hot skillet, pour olive oil, place chicken pieces, cooked for a minute.

  3. Pour in water, marsala wine, mushrooms and parsley.

  4. Cook on high heat for 1-2 minutes, bringing to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer covered for an additional 10-20 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
