Sauteed chicken with marasala gravy and mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Marsala

1 pound chicken breast
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp light butter
1 tbsp canola oil
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
3/4 cup marsala wine
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1/4 tsp rosemary

Recipe Directions for Chicken Marsala

Pound until thin. Dredge lightly on both sides with flour. In large skillet, melt butter and saute mushrooms over medium heat until browned, 10 minuses. Remove and set aside. Add chicken to skillet and cook, 4 minutes. Remove to serving platter. Return mushrooms to pan, stir in Marsala, water, parsley and rosemary. heat and pour over chicken
