8 oz noodles
2 cups mushrooms
1 red bell pepper
1 medium onion
12 oz chicken breast
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp capers
1/4 cup ricotta cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Marsala

  1. Pan sear chicken

  2. saute veggies in olive oil

  3. cook udon noodles (half pkg)

  4. add flour to veggies to thicken

  5. add noodles and cheese ravs or tort
