Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Marsala

6 oz chicken
1 cup fresh mushrooms
5 green onions
1/4 cup cooking sherry

Recipe Directions for Chicken Marsala

  1. With meat mallet pound chicken to 1/4 thickness

  2. Spray skillet with Pam

  3. Preheat over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until tender and no longer pink. Remove chicken and keep warm.

  4. Add mushrooms, green oinion, water, adn salt to skillet. Cook until mushrooms are tender and most of the liquid has evaporated. Add Marsala or cooking sherry to skillet. Heat through.

  5. Server Chicken topped with vegetables.
