Love this Italian main course over white rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Marsala

1 chicken breast, bonless, cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1/2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup marsala wine
1 tbsp all purpose flour

Recipe Directions for Chicken Marsala

  1. In a 2 quart pan, add the olive oil and cook the chicken until fully cooked. What I like to also do is brown it a bit.

  2. Remove the chicken and keep it warm. In the same pan, add the mushroom and onions, cook for about 3 minutes.

  3. Mix the marsala and the wine together, add to the pot. Cook for about 1 minute. Add the chicken back into the pot and mix well, cook until the marsala is a bit thick.

  4. Serve over rice of your choice.
