Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Marsala

4 serving Harris Teeter boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
2 serving Olive Oil
1/2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1/4 tsp Rosemary, Dried
6 serving Holland House Marsala Cooking Wine

Recipe Directions for Chicken Marsala

  1. Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thickness and coat with flour.

  2. Heat oil in skillet and cook chicken 3-5 minutes per side until 170 degrees.

  3. Saute mushrooms.

  4. Add wine and rosemary and bring to a boil. Cook until reduced by half.
