Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Marsala

1/4 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cups sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp light butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup Marsala

Recipe Directions for Chicken Marsala

  1. Stir together flour, seasonings. Mash chicken with meat hammer, till 1/4 inch thick and slice into 4 pieces. Coat chicken with flour mixture.

  2. cook mushrooms in 1 tbsp butter till tender, remove from skillet.

  3. cook chicken in 2 tbsp butter add mushrooms, broth, and Marsala. heat to boiling then cook for 2 minutes
