Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Marsala Pritchett style

21 4 oz 100% All Natural Chicken Breasts
4.5 cup Red Gold Diced Tomatoes Roasted Garlic and Onion
2 serving reeses artichoke hearts quartered
2 tsp Chopped Garlic
1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 fl.oz Welchs 100% Grape Juice
1.5 oz Brandy
14 oz Mushrooms Sliced
4 tbsp Salted Butter

Recipe Directions for Chicken Marsala Pritchett style

  1. season chicken in italian seasonings, toss in olive oil and throw in oven in a fairly deep baking dish or roaster at about 350 degrees

  2. while thats getting started get some EVOO and the butter going in a pot and throw in the garlic and artichoke hearts...once that starts to brown up a bit i toss in the cans of tomatoes w/ garlic and onion already in em...no pealing onion...let that simmer a minute....the dump in your brandy and grape juice or your marsala which ever you have choosen to use...stir in up and simmer for a few minutes....dump mixture over chicken and bake for about an hour...or until chicken in nice and tender... cooked fully... i served with side of pasta...you could serve with garlic mashed potatoes...rice...whatever...was good
