Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Marsala with extra Veggies

9 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
5 oz red bell pepper
100 grams asparagus
3 cloves garlic
8 oz mushrooms
3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
3/4 cup marsala wine
1/2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Marsala with extra Veggies

  1. Dredge chicken in flour and brown in olive oil and garlic

  2. Saute mushrooms

  3. Add asparagus and red pepper simmer apx. 10 minutes

  4. Add wine and chicken broth
