Prego Sauce w/ Chicken Breast & Bell Peppers

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken w/ Marinara Sauce

32 oz Prego Traditional
26 oz Boneless Chicken Breast
2 Bell Peppers
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken w/ Marinara Sauce

  1. Cut Chicken Breast into bite size pieces.

  2. Heat EVOO in a sauce pan.

  3. Fry the Chicken until white.

  4. Slice Bell Peppers and add to sauce pan, once the chicken is white.

  5. Let sautee and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

  6. Add the Prego Sauce and mix.

  7. Let the sauce simmer, stirring occassionally for 10 minutes.

  8. Add spices to chicken prior to cook as you see fit.

  9. Serve size 1/2 cup.
