chicken stuffed manicotti with cream of mushroom soup/velveeta sauce and broccoli

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Manicotti

3 oz lasagna noodles
4 oz chicken breast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup water
4 oz Velveeta
1 cup broccoli

Recipe Directions for Chicken Manicotti

  1. cook chicken

  2. cook manicotti/lasagna noodles till al dente

  3. place water, soup and velveeta in microwave. microwave on high ~4 minutes.

  4. Stuff manicotti with chicken. Spread 1/2 of soup mixture in baking dish. Place chicken stuffed noodles in dish. Top with rest of sauce. Top with broccoli.

  5. Bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes.
