Recipe Ingredients for chicken manicotti

2.5 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
11 pc Lasagna Noodles
0.5 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped Onions
8 oz Cream Cheese Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat
1 cup Cream, Sour, Cultured
0.5 cup Parsley
1 stick Butter
0.33 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
8 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese
6 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
3.5 cup Whole Milk

Recipe Directions for chicken manicotti

combine chicken, parsley, cream cheese, and sour cream. saute onions and mushrooms chopped add to cream cheese mixture. cook lasagna noodles to al dente. cut cooked noodles in half add 1/4 cup of chicken mixture to each 1/2 noodle and roll up. Cook butter, and flour, slowly add milk. once thick stir in cheeses. pour 1/2 cheese mixture in the bottom of 9 x 13 and 9 x 9 pans. Place stuffed noodles on the cheese sauce. top with remaining cheese sauce and bake for 25 minutes at 350. top with some parmesan cheese and bake for 10 - 15 more minutes.
