Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Mango Salad

6 oz cooked chicken breast
8 oz mango
3 oz Voskos Greek Yogurt (Plain, Non-Fat)
1 tsp curry powder
2 slices 100% Whole Grain Bread
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

Recipe Directions for Chicken Mango Salad

  1. Chop chicken, mango into bite sized pieces.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, mix together yogurt and curry powder.

  3. Combine yogurt spread with chicken and mango pieces.

  4. Assembe ingredients into two open faced sandwiches. Serve with bell peppers on the side.
