Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Makhani

1 lb chicken breast, boneless, skinless
16 oz yogurt, plain, fat free
15 oz tomatoes, canned, diced
2 T butter
1 T olive oil
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Chicken Makhani

  1. Brown chicken.

  2. Add all but yogurt.

  3. Bring to simmer.

  4. Temper in yogurt & continue to simmer for 20 minutes.
