Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Low-Mein Stir Fry

10 oz dry Whole Wheat Thin Spaghetti
1.5 serving Chicken Broth
16 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 clove Garlic
2 cup, diced Celery
2 cup Shredded Carrots
1.5 cup, chopped Cabbage
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
3 1tsp Oil, Sesame
1 Teaspoon Soy Light Sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Low-Mein Stir Fry

heat oil in wok, cook garlic for aprox. 4 min, add chopped chicken, cook thouroughly. Boil pasta to pacage specifications. Add cabbage, carrots and celery to wok, stir fry for additional 4 min. In bowl, mix broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch and add salt and pepper to taste. pour into wok and bring to light simmer for aprox. 5 min. drain pasta and add to wok, mix/blend and serve
