Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Lo Mein

1.67 cup Chicken Pasta
2.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
5 cup Farm Fresh Mixtures Broccoli Florets, Cauliflower
16 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
4 oz Mushrooms
15 grams 100% Pure Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Lo Mein

  1. Cut Chicken in 2" X 1/4" strips and saute in oil

  2. slice musrooms and add to chicken

  3. Add water saucemix and noodles and bring to a boil

  4. Add Frozen vegetables and bring to a boil again.

  5. Cover and reduce heat to low and cook until noodles are tender (12 minutes)
