This is a modified version of Anna's Lo-Maniac Lo Mein

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Lo Mein

13 1/4 ounces whole wheat linguine
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1/2 onion
14 baby carrots
6 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
15 3/10 oz Winn-Dixie Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins

Recipe Directions for Chicken Lo Mein

  1. Cook pasta

  2. Chop veggies and chicken tenderloins into strips

  3. In a skillet, saute veggies and chicken in olive oil, 4 T soy sauce, garlic and ginger

  4. Add drained pasta to the veggie/chicken mixture

  5. Mix well, heat through

  6. Add remaining soy sauce

  7. Enjoy!
