Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Lime Taco

16 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
0.13 cup Vinegar red wine
2 wedge yields Lime Juice
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Oregano, Ground

Recipe Directions for Chicken Lime Taco

  1. Cube chicken and saute in saucepan over medium high heat until browned.

  2. Add vinegar, lime juice, sugar, salt, pepper, green onion, garlic and oregano.

  3. Simmer for an extra 10 minutes.

  4. Serve with your choice of tortilla and toppings.
