Asian inspired chicken lettuce wraps

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Lettuce Wraps

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chicken breast
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 large red bell pepper, finely diced
1 carrot
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 leaves romaine lettuce
1/2 cup red cabbage
1/2 cup broccoli

Recipe Directions for Chicken Lettuce Wraps

  1. Shread 1/2 cup of chicken breast

  2. Chop 1/2 cup of broccoli

  3. Spray cooking spray in large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and ginger; cook until chicken is cooked through, about 6 minutes.

  4. Stir in bell pepper, broccoli, broth, oyster sauce, spices and salt; cook until heated through.

  5. To serve, spoon portions of the turkey mixture into lettuce leaves, top with herbs and carrot and roll into wraps
