Chicken Lettuce Wraps yummy and good for you

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Lettuce Wraps

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon chili pepper
1 teaspoon ginger
1 pound chicken
1 cup chopped onion
10 ounces pinto beans
1 head lettuce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Lettuce Wraps

  1. heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil with chili pepper and ginger over low hear

  2. add chicken to mixture and turn heat to medium-low

  3. saute until chicken is cooked

  4. set aside

  5. in a separate skillet saute onions and 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium low heat for five minutes

  6. add salt and pepper to taste

  7. add one third pinto beans, saute, and mash beans

  8. add remaining beans, saute, leaving those beans whole

  9. add chicken mixture

  10. saute for additional two minutes

  11. serve wrapped in lettuce
