70 g chicken leg
1/4 cup LOW FAT YOGURT
1 tbs garam masala
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of chili pepper
1/4 cup of beer
1/4 tbs oil

  1. Keep chicken legs in marination of mixture of yogurt, garam masala, salt, pepper, chili for at least an hour.

  2. Then fry lightly in a pan a few minutes and add beer. Cook on slow heat for 30 minuts or 40 minutes.
