Chicken & Leek in a blue cheese sauce topped with potatoes and cheddar

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Leek supper

200 grams Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Skin
50 grams Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
25 grams Tesco butter me up
25 grams Flour
1 serving tesco value skinless chicken breast
150 grams Milk
50 grams Peas, Green
50 grams Cheese
25 grams Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Leek supper

  1. Slice potatoes thinly & boil.

  2. Make the blue cheese sauce by mixing the butter & flour over low heat, gradually adding the milk and stilton.

  3. Boil the chicken breast and leek and peas(chopped into smallish pieces).

  4. Mix together all of the elements and serve, top with the sliced potatoes and sprinkle the grated cheddar over the top, brown in the oven if required.
