Recipe Ingredients for Chicken lasanga

1 chicken breast, skin and bone removed
1 large onion
2 cups tomatoe sauce
1 potatoe
1 cup green beans
6 slices light mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup nonfat yogurt

Recipe Directions for Chicken lasanga

  1. MIX TOMATOE SAUCE AND YOGURT IN SMALL BOWL, SET ASIDE.

  2. SLICE ONION AND POTATOE

  3. IN A 9 INCH BAKING PAN UNGREASED LAYER SAUCE MIXTURE, GREEN BEANS, POTATOES, CHICKEN AND ONIONS THEN TOP WITH CHEESE, CONTINUE IN THIS WAY UNTIL ALL INGREDIENTS ARE USED. BAKE AT 400 FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF.

  4. SERVE WITH WHOLE WHEAT TOASTED GARLIC BREAD IF DESIRED.

  5. CHICKEN AND CHEESE CAN BE SUBSTITUTED WITH TOFU AND SOY PRODUCTS
