Chicken Lasagne Recipe

The full fat version with white sauce with cheese from sainsbury's.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Lasagne

386 g chicken
2 cup Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
1/2 med onion
1 med red pepper
1 med green pepper
300 g lasagne, dietary specials
1 cup Sauce, Homemade, White, Thick
1 med tomato

Recipe Directions for Chicken Lasagne

  1. Warm oven to 200C

  2. Chop peppers and onions and roast in oven for 30 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, chop chicken into chunks and brown in a frying pan.

  4. Add 1 can chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, a few chili flakes and a chicken stock cube.

  5. When roast veg are ready, add to tomato/chicken mix.

  6. Spoon tomato mix into oven dish, place 2-3 sheets of lasagne (I use wheat free for my allergies but any kind is good) and white sauce on top. Repeat.

  7. Add a sliced tomato to the top layer (or xtra cheese if you're feeling really naughtly).

  8. Bake in oven at 200C for 30mins (or as long as the pasta box suggests).

  9. Enjoy!
