Great chicken recipe from C. Janac

Recipe Ingredients for chicken Lasagna

10 oz spinach, frozen
4 oz sliced mushrooms
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup light sour cream
6 oz Penne Pasta,Barilla Plus
1/3 cup lite Miracle Whip

Recipe Directions for chicken Lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and pecans in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Pour into a 13x9 baking dish. Garnish the top with the Parmesan cheese and bake for 1 hour or until heated through and bubbly along the edges.

  2. Original recipe has 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  3. 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional) added to the top, but I did not do that. The original recipe also has 1 Tbsp Corn starch added to the chicken mixture, but I did not think it needed it.
