Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Lasagna

500 g lasagne pasta
400 g Onion
20 g land o lakes light butter
1/4 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
4 cup 1% milk
200 g table cream
1 breast chicken
6 cloves Garlic
300 g Ham
300 g Mozzarella Cheese
2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Chicken Lasagna

  1. 1_ Cook the pasta

  2. 2_ Cook the chicken breast

  3. 3_ Unweave(desfiar) the chicken

  4. 4_ Fry onion on butter and add the unweaved chicken and salt

  5. 5_In another pan, fry onion and garlic on butter add wheat flour dissolved on milk and before boil turn off the flame and add the table cream

  6. 6_Mounting:

  7. White souce, pasta, chicken, cheese, ham, and renew until the end off the ingredients

  8. Finish with white souce and cheese
