Malaysian style chicken curry soup

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Laksa

1 chicken breast
20 g laksa paste
1 cup stock
200 ml coconut milk
250 g chicken stock
1 clove garlic
2 cup bok choy
1 cup bean sprouts
4 spring onions
50 g snow peas
1/4 cup coriander leaves
75 g rice vermicelli

Recipe Directions for Chicken Laksa

  1. Chop all vegetables and chicken.

  2. Add laksa paste and garlic to pan with tablespoon of oil and fry until fragrant.

  3. Stir in coconut milk and stock.

  4. Add chicken and cook for 4 minutes.

  5. Add harder vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.

  6. Add soft vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.

  7. Serve over rice vermicelli.
