I tried to lighten up the traditional Chicken Korma Sauce by using the Presidents Choice Korma Sauce makes it really quick an easy.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Korma

800 grams of skinless chicken breast (boiled & deboned)
300 grams of sliced onion
300 grams of cauliflower
355 grams of coconut milk
220 grams of cream ( PC Korma Sauce 400 grams)

Recipe Directions for Chicken Korma

  1. Boil the chicken I use the breast skinless and boneless

  2. but if you want to cut the cost you can use any chicken

  3. Slice the onions

  4. Cut up the cauliflower

  5. Cut up the cooked chicken

  6. Add all to the Korma Sauce and coconut milk.

  7. Simmer till all the vegetables are cooked with a little crunch.
