Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Korma

240 gram chicken, skin removed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium tomato, diced
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/5 teaspoon clove, dried
3 black peppercorns
4 tablespoon canola oil
2 cup water for gravy
1/2 cup Peas
1/4 teaspoon Red pepper, powdered
1 Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

Recipe Directions for Chicken Korma

  1. Put oil in pan and fry onions till golden brown.

  2. Blend golden brown onion, tomato, Cloves, Cumin, Coriander, garlic & black peppercorn in blender, add a little water to it.

  3. Now put the above mixture in pan and add chicken, Cook on medium to high flame until oil separates. now add red chillies, turmeric powder to it. and mix well.

  4. Now add peas, salt & remaining water and bring it to boil. then cook on low flame for 20-30 minutes.

  5. Serve with Chapati or Naan (Flat bread) & Yoghurt
