Recipe Ingredients for Chicken a la King

1/2 large onion, chopped
1/2 large green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 lb boneless chicken breasts, diced
8 oz peas
8 oz carrots, frozen
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
3 1/2 oz roasted red peppers, chopped
1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cup fat-free chicken broth
2 cup white rice, cooked

Recipe Directions for Chicken a la King

Spray wok & saute onions 3-4 minutes. Add bell pepper and celery and saute another 2-3 minutes. Transfer to crock pot. Saute chicken long enough to sear (3-4 minutes). Transfer to crockpot. Add everything else except rice to crock pot and cook 2 hours on high. Add rice and cook another hour on low.
