900 ml chicken broth
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup peas
1 cup carrots
1 onion
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 salt
1 pepper
3 cups rice

Recipe Directions for chicken a la king

melt butter and cook flour in butter, add chicken broth and mix until thickened. stir fry vegetables, add flour mixture once vegetables are softer. Add chicken to warm and serve over bed of rice.
