1 1/2 cup milk, 2%
2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
1 cup frozen peas
2 oz green pepper, chopped
1/8 tsp pepper

  1. Combine flour and 1/2 cup of milk and blend

  2. pour in mixture and rest of milk in a pan and heat until it gently boils

  3. add green pepper, peas and chicken

  4. add pepper to taste

  5. heat until chicken is warm and pea cooked
