Recipe Ingredients for chicken kiev

5 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 large Egg, White
0.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 cup Cereal
4 tbsp Omega-3 with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Light Buttery Spread
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for chicken kiev

Mix butter with garlic, parsely, and salt. Place in plastic wrap and shape into a block. Place in freezer for at least 30 min. Preheat oven to 375. Mix eggs and milk in a shallow bowl and set aside. Place cornflakes in a plastic bag and crush them until very fine. Cut fat from breasts and either slice lengthwise or pound them to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut butter into fourths and place each in breasts. roll up breasts around butter and secure with toothpicks. Submerge each breast in egg and milk mixture then coat with cornflakes. Place on a cookie sheet (sprayed with canola) and then spray each with canola. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Internal temp of chicken should be 165 before it is ready to eat.
