8 ounce chicken breasts
1 yellow squash
1/2 red bell pepper
2 cups pineapple, drained
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon dried mint
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup onion

Recipe Directions for Chicken Kali

  1. slice chicken, stir fry in oil 5 minutes

  2. sprinkle with spices

  3. add onion, squash and bell pepper stir fry until warm

  4. add pineapple, stir fry 3 minutes
