A marinated chicken kabob marinating the vegetables makes this sooo good.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Kabobs

6 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
8 oz Tomatoes
5 oz Mushrooms
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
4 oz Juice
0.1 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 Teaspoon Thyme

Recipe Directions for Chicken Kabobs

  1. Cut chicken, bell pepper, and red onion into large chunks keeping cherry tomatoes and mushrooms whole.

  2. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, ginger, thyme, salt, and pepper in gallon ziplock bag.

  3. Add the vegetables and chicken.

  4. Let marinate for at least 4 hours.

  5. Cook in oven on broil or on grill, I suggest skewering each item separately for even cooking.

  6. Serve with your favorite side. I serve with couscous. Enjoy!
