Quick and Easy Chicken Kabobs 2 Skewers per serving

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Kabobs

4 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast cut in then strips
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey

Recipe Directions for Chicken Kabobs

  1. Thread the Chicken onto presoaked wooden skewers

  2. Mix lemon juice, soy sauce, and honey into a small bowl.

  3. Brush over the chicken and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  4. Preheat the broiler to high and line the broiler rack with foil.

  5. Cook the chicken Kabobs under the broiler for 8 to 10 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove from the broiler.

  6. Serve and Enjoy

  7. Note: you may sprinkle with sesame seeds @ 1 tbsp but will add 30 calories.

  8. Great if served with a salad.
