One of my favorite meals grilled on outside.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Kabobs

4 oz (raw) Chicken
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/2 cup, diced Pineapple
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
1/2 oz Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Kabobs

Marinade all ingredients in the soy sauce. Cut all vegetables and chicken into cubes. Alternate pieces onto skewers and grill directly over flame for 2 minutes for grill marks. Then pull to the side and cook longer. Check chicken for doneness.
