Kabobs in a foil packet instead of stick

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Kabob Packets

1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken) Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 tbsp Apricot Preserves
1 serving red pepper flakes
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red

Recipe Directions for Chicken Kabob Packets

Preheat oven to 350 Prepare soy sauce, red pepper flakes, (add ginger if you like the taste) and apricot preserves in a bowl. Stir in Cubed chicken breast. Let sit a while. Chop into big chunks the bell peppers and onion. Wrap up in a foil sheet and secure sides so no leaking. Put on a sheet pan and cook in oven for 30 minutes. Check biggest cube to see if done. If not, put back in oven for 10 minutes.
