Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Jambalaya 2

2 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3.5 cup Ready-Cut - Diced Tomatoes
1.75 cup Kidney Beans
3/4 medium White Onion
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
3 tsp Chili Powder
1 serving Gumbo File
1 serving Hungarian Paprika
2 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Celery Seed
0.75 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf

Recipe Directions for Chicken Jambalaya 2

Cook chicken breast, then cube and return to pan with onion, jalapeno and bell pepper. Cook until veggies are soft. Then throw in the rest of the ingredients, cover and simmer for 20+ minutes.
